William Amiot

Co-Founder & CEO, TyreStock

With more than 15 years of experience in international trade and the last 6 years spent in the tyre industry, William has a natural appetite in solving problems.

His latest company TyreStock disrupts the tyre industry by easing the process of purchasing tyres for consumers and mechanical workshops. Through their app called "Snap & Fit", changing tyres is now one picture away. By simply uploading a picture of the tyres they need, consumers can order and get tyres fitted at home!
TyreStock also came to the market with a unique offer to the mechanical workshops: tyres delivered under 2 hours or tyres are free (when the average delivery time of competitors is 5 hours)

Tyrestock not only makes tyres super easy to buy for consumers and mechanical workshops, but they are also the only ones to guarantee old tyres will be recycled properly! How? Thanks to their unique tracking system, they follow the journey of the tyres from the moment they are taken out of a car up to the recycling plant. Trust and transparency are his drivers and William is now seen as a thought leader when it comes to handling the issue of tyre recycling in Australia.

William's motivation has always been to impact other people's lives and through its program #tyresforgood, TyreStock has already given 15,000+ days of access to school, water and medicine for people in need.

William is also a founding member of the Surf Rider Brisbane Foundation that protects oceans by fighting against the usage of single-use plastic.
