Kerry is responsible for collaborating across Randstad’s internal business to deliver an inclusive culture and partnering with Randstad’s clients on their Diversity and Inclusion strategies, policies and goals.
Kerry has worked in the HR and Recruitment industry for 16 years both in the UK and Australia, with 14 of those years being with Randstad.
Kerry’s focus is helping to foster inclusion, promote broader perspectives and drive diverse thinking and business results which will help Randstad deliver a distinctive experience for their clients, candidates and for themselves.
Kerry is passionate about inclusion and supporting people in obtaining meaningful employment and reducing as many barriers as possible.
