A courageous and authentic leader, Emilie is a Melbourne-based French female entrepreneur who has recently founded WeInclusive, an inclusion & innovation consultancy. She specialises in a range of diversity areas: gender equity, cultural diversity, disadvantaged people and disability.
Executive Director with 18 years of experience working across business development, customer experience, corporate responsibility and program delivery, Emilie has worked in the transport industry in Australia & overseas. From 2015 to 2018, in the role of Director Passenger Experience at Yarra Trams, she led multifunctional teams of 250+ employees and managed budgets up to $50M.
Emilie has a proven track record of driving inclusion, customer & community engagement, and commercial revenues up to $500M in heavily regulated, asset-heavy and operationally complex essential services providers. Emilie has completed $100 million complex transformation programs globally impacting up to 22,000 employees and engaged with a wide variety of stakeholders, including various government agencies.
She is a former industry representative on the Public Transport Ombudsman Board & member of the Audit & Risk Management Committee. Passionate about social change, Emilie is also a volunteer member of Fitted For Work, a Not-For-Profit Organisation which supports women who experience disadvantage.
