Dayna is an Associate Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at the Monash Business School. She conducts research with business primarily around responsible procurement, with a focus on environmental or social performance issues. This includes the role of firms' policies in supplier social and environmental performance, how related risks should affect procurement decision making and supplier management.
Dayna's more recent work involves a global review of strategies for addressing modern slavery risks in supply chains.
Dayna is the Supply Chain lead for the Monash Trafficking and Slavery Research Group (TSRG), a Business School-Arts collaboration for improving corporate responses to modern slavery risks.
