Brooke Hall-Carney is a Principal of law firm Lipman Karas. Brooke is an experienced commercial litigator, who has worked on some of the largest and most complex litigation cases in Australia.
Brooke specialises in the management of these projects and is an expert in litigation technology, with litigation software specialists regularly seeking her counsel on their products.
Brooke consults to clients on cybersecurity and data breaches and regularly presents to third parties in this regard. In March 2019, Brooke spoke at the International INSOL conference in Singapore on the global opportunities in blockchain and she will speak on emerging tech and its impact on restructuring cases at the Tokyo INSOL seminar in November 2019.
Brooke sits on the Advisory Board of one of Australia’s leading law schools and is advising on their efforts to incorporate a range of technology related skills in their law degree.
