Armelle Rebuffet

Country manager for Australia, New Zealand and PNG, Business France (Export)

Armelle Rebuffet has been appointed in November 2018 as the director of the French trade commission in Australia. She is the Country manager for Business France in Australia,in charge of  supporting the international development of the French economy, responsible for fostering export growth by French businesses, as well as promoting and facilitating international investment in France.

 

Business France is the “front door” of the TEAM FRANCE EXPORT, which involves, under the authority of the French Ambassador, the major French actors, such as Chamber of commerce, “Conseillers du commerce extérieur de la France”,  the french investment bank BPI, and many private partner operators.

Fully involved in international development and Business support, before joining Business France Armelle Rebuffet was the managing director of the international Chamber of Commerce in Loire, France and she has been very involved in the settlement of Team France.

She started her carreer in TOTAL group, where she held several positions in France and UK, in marketing, strategy and international development.

Alumni of a French business school (EDHEC) , she graduated from the French college for sustainable  development and the CHEDE (French government institute for Economic development) and completed a certificate as a corporate director at Audencia Business School.

She was appointed as a knight of the Legion of Honour in 2012.
