Anthony has worked in the hospitality Industry for 20 years, managing Hotels, Restaurants and catering companies in France and Australia.

Arrived in 2014 in Sydney then Melbourne, Anthony is specialized in the importation and distribution of high-quality French food products. The sourcing is attentive, from partners who share the same passion for taste and authenticity. He manages weekly air, sea and road shipments in order to guarantee availability at all time.

Anthony connects Premium Brands, Artisan Producers, Top Chefs & Food Lovers all around Australia.
